The high potential for musculoskeletal disorders among fabrication division workers served as the basis for conducting this study using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method. The research was carried out to assess the level of musculoskeletal complaints experienced by workers as a result of repetitive work activities, non-ergonomic working postures, and substantial physical workload demands during the production process. Data were collected through direct observation of workplace activities and the distribution of NBM questionnaires to workers to identify the affected body regions and determine the severity of the discomfort experienced. The results of the analysis indicated that the most frequently reported complaints were concentrated in the upper back, lower back, shoulders, and legs. The risk levels associated with these body parts were categorized as moderate to high. Several work-related factors contributed to these conditions, including maintaining the same posture for extended periods, performing manual lifting and material handling tasks, and carrying out repetitive movements continuously. Based on these findings, ergonomic improvements in both the work environment and work methods are necessary to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and to create a safer, healthier, and more comfortable workplace for employees.
