Abstract
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) sebagai metrik untuk mengukur produktivitas peralatan manufaktur telah banyak diterapkan dalam industri. Saat ini banyak sekali artikel yang membahas Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan banyak membahas tentang bagaimana meningkatkan nilai OEE pada berbagai industri. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji artikel OEE yang dipublikasikan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur penerapan OEE diperusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia pada periode 2019-2023. Dari 35 jurnal yang ditemukan, 30 jurnal memenuhi kriteria. Dari semua artikel ditemukan dimana semua artikel hanya membahas metode perhitungan OEE. Pembahasan OEE masih pada tatanan meningkatkan nilai ketersediaan, kinerja dan kualitas. Topik-topik penelitian masih membahas bagaimana meningkatkan ketiga elemen tersebut. Belum ada artikel yang mambahas manfaat strategis dari OEE terutama dari sisi dampak pada keuntungan finansial perusahan.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a metric for measuring manufacturing equipment productivity has been widely applied in industry. Currently, there are many articles discussing Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Many published articles discuss how to increase OEE values in various industries. The purpose of this article is to examine OEE articles published in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study of the application of OEE in manufacturing companies in Indonesia in the 2019-2023 period. Of the 35 journals found, 30 journals met the criteria. Of all the articles found, all articles only discuss the OEE calculation method. The OEE discussion is still in the order of increasing the value of availability, performance and quality. Research topics still discuss how to improve this third element. There are no articles that discuss the strategic benefits of OEE, especially in terms of the impact on financial research profits.
