Progressive muscle relaxation theraphy was carried out in 3 days with the frequency of 6 times exercise. The result of the research showed that t-value was -4.275 and p-value=0.000 or p-value < 0.05 (0,000) which indicated that there was the influence of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on the decrease in the level of anxiety of breast cancer patients.
