Abstract

A Research entitled animal feed from banana stem as nutritious fodder aims to create a cheap but nutritious, from ingredients of Stem Banana, Yeast, Pandan Leaf, Wheat Starch, and water, fermented for ± 24 hours. These combinations were ssuccessfully done. This study showed that banana stems used for vegetable protein nutritional value.
