Abstract

Telah dirancang dan direalisasikan suatu system peralatan Otomasi pengisian dan penutupan botol pada dunia industri berbasis Mikrokomputer. Pengisian dan penutupan botol di lakukan pada ban berjalan yang semuanya terkendali oleh Mikrokomputer. Pada ban berjalan di letakkan tiga buah sensor. Sensor 1 mendeteksi botol lewat, sensor 2 untuk pengisian botol dan sensor 3 untuk penutupan botol.. Sistem peralatan ini telah diuji coba dan diperoleh hasil yang cukup memuaskan.

 

It has been designed and realized a system of Automation equipment and bottle filling in the world of Microcomputer based industry. Charging and closing of bottles are done on conveyor belts that are all controlled by Microcomputers. On the conveyor belt in place three sensors. Sensor 1 detects bottle passes, sensor 2 for bottle filling and sensor 3 for bottle closing .. This equipment system has been tested and obtained satisfactory results.
