Abstract
This community service aims to enhance the social (gender), legal, and economic resilience of female Indonesian Return Migrants (PMI) in Indramayu, who often face various challenges after returning home. Conducted in August 2024 at Yayasan Selendang Puan Dharma Ayu, the program included interactive socialization through lectures, focus group discussions (FGD), and hands-on financial planning exercises. Gender inequality, lack of understanding of legal rights, and limited economic skills were identified as barriers to the development of PMI, in line with SDGs Goal 5 on gender equality. The results showed improved participants' understanding of their rights, but ongoing support is essential. Collaboration between the government, NGOs, and the foundation is recommended for program sustainability.
