Abstract
Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan ketahanan dan pemasaran produk UMKM Lokana di Pesisir Selatan, Sumatera Barat, yang berkontribusi pada perekonomian lokal. Masalah utama adalah masa simpan produk yang pendek dan keterbatasan akses pemasaran digital. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup penggunaan mesin retort sterelizer untuk memperpanjang masa simpan hingga dua tahun tanpa pengawet serta pelatihan digital marketing dan pengelolaan website untuk memperluas pasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui survei awal, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan monitoring. Dampaknya berupa peningkatan daya saing UMKM dan relevansi dengan SDGs 8 dan 9.
This program aims to enhance the resilience and marketing of Lokana MSME products in Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra, contributing to the local economy. The main issues include short product shelf life and limited access to digital marketing. Proposed solutions involve the use of a retort sterilizer machine to extend product shelf life up to two years without preservatives and training in digital marketing and website management to expand market reach. Activities are conducted through initial surveys, training, mentoring, and monitoring. The impact includes increased MSME competitiveness and alignment with SDGs 8 and 9.
