Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), Labor Force
Participation Rate (TPAK), education, Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), inflation, and population have had on
unemployment in Indonesia in 2015-2020. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data used is
secondary data. This research is a panel data research with a panel data regression analysis method conducted with
Eviews 12.0. The results showed that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) and inflation had a significant
negative effect on unemployment in Indonesia in 2015- 2020, while the education and Provincial Minimum Wage
(UMP) variables had a significant positive effect on unemployment in Indonesia in 2015-2020. The Labor Force
Participation Rate (TPAK) has a positive but not significant effect on unemployment in Indonesia in 2015-2020. Total
population has a negative but not significant effect on unemployment in Indonesia in 2015-2020.
