Analysis of Policy Implementation for Village Fund Management in The Pandemi Period (Case Study of Tapian Nauli District, Central Tapanuli Regency)

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Communication, Resources, Implementation Attitudes, and Bureaucratic Structure have on the implementation of village fund management policies in Tapian Nauli District. The type of research used is quantitative. Population that used in this study were village officials and community residents which during the productive age period amounted to 15,924 people. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 99 people. The research data was obtained from observation, documentation, and distributing research questionnaires to the respondents.The results showed that the variables Communication, Resources and Bureaucratic Structure had a positive and significant effect on Implementation, however Attitudes towards Implementation had a positive and not significant effect on Implementation of village fund policies in Tapian Nauli District
