Abstract

This study aims to determine how many lifestyles, Social Influences, Motivations, and Perceived Ease of Use influence GoPay User Behavior in Transactions for MSMEs in Medan.The type of this research used is descriptive quantitative. The population used are GoPay users who are also MSME consumers in Medan. The population targeted in this research is unknown as there is no data showing the exact number of GoPay users who are also MSME consumers in Medan. The sampling method used in this research is the non-probability sampling technique and the Accidental Sampling method with the number of samples were 50 respondents. This research data was obtained from the results of literature studies, documentation, and distribution of research questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the variables of Lifestyle, Social Influence, and Perceived Ease of Use positively and significantly affect GoPay User
Behavior. However, the Motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on GoPay User Behavior
