Abstract
This research is to determine how much influence of Regency/City Minimum Wage, Male Workers and the Human Development Index on Labor Productivity in the West Coast Region of North Sumatra from 2017-2020. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research were secondary data and obtained from Central Bureau of Statictic. The data analysis was the panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model. The results of the research show that the Regency/City Minimum Wage, Male Workers and the Human Development Index simultaneously affect Labor Productivity. Regency/City Minimum Wage have a positive and insignificant effect on Labor Productivity. Male workers have a negative and significant effect on labor productivity. HDI have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity.
