Abstract
Early age 0-6 years is one of the most important periods for the growth and development of children. This period is important for placing health and intellectual development for the future of a child. According to Basic Health Research of the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2018), there are 30.8% of children who are categorized as stunted. This study aims to identify the factors that influence stunting in children in Tebing Tinggi. The type of research used in this study is associative quantitative. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents who are parents of stunted children in Tebing Tinggi. Data analysis used a multiple linear regression model with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that parents' income, mother's education, and health facilities had a negative and significant effect on the growth of stunted children. While sanitation and clean water do not significantly affect the growth of stunted children in Tebing Tinggi.
