Abstract
The type of research used is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The number of samples selected was 73 respondents proportionally with purposive random sampling. This data was then processed using SPSS 25 and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: The land variable had a positive and insignificant effect on increasing the income of rice and corn farmers in Ujung Teran Village, Tigalingga District. The labor variable has no significant positive effect on increasing the income of rice and corn farmers in Ujung Teran Village, Tigalingga District. The capital variable has a significant positive effect on increasing the income of rice and corn farmers in Ujung Teran Village, Tigalingga District. The technology variable has a significant positive effect on increasing the income of rice and corn farmers in Ujung Teran Village, Tigalingga District
