Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Price of Other Goods, Timeliness of Delivery, Location, Promotion, Brand Image, Service Quality on Consumer Decisions on delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia in Medan. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection methods using a survey method with a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, using 100 respondents. The results of this study indicates that the Price, Timeliness of Delivery and Location had a positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Decisions. Then, Price of Other Goods has a negative and insignificant effect on Consumer Decisions. Promotion, Brand Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Decisions.
