Abstract
This research is conducted to analyze the factors that influence the demand for murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi. As for the factors analyzed in this study are the factors of Bank Reputation, Promotion, Margins, and Quality of Service. The type of research used is quantitativedescriptive. The sample used in this research is murabahah financing customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setia Budi as many as 90 customers selected by random sampling technique. This study uses multiple linier regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and classical assumption testing. The results of this study indicate that the bank reputation, promotion, and margin factors have a positive and significant influence on the demand for murabahah financing. Meanwhile, the service quality factor have a positive but not significant influence on the demand for murabahah financing
