Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh uang elektronik terhadap tingkat konsumsi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif, tabulasi silang (crosstabs), uji validitas dan reabilitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan uang elektronik terhadap tingkat konsumsi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan mahasiswa akan produk uang elektronik, kemudahan transaksi yang diperoleh dari penggunaan uang elektronik dan jumlah uang elektronik yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk membelanjakan kebutuhan konsumsinya.
This study aims to determine the effect of electronic money on student consumption levels. This research includes the type of qualitative descriptive research. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 100 people. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, cross tabulation, validity and reliability testing. The results showed that the use of electronic money on student consumption levels was influenced by students' knowledge of electronic money products, the ease of transactions obtained from using electronic money and the amount of money electronics used by students to spend their consumption needs.
