Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kemiskinan, Pengangguran dan Ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder pada tahun 2017 di seluruh Provinsi Indonesia. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah persentase jumlah penduduk miskin, tingkat pengangguran terbuka, dan indeks gini ratio, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah permintaan tenaga kerja. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Pengangguran berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), sedangkan Ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan bepengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM).
This study aims to examine the effect of Poverty, Unemployment and Inequality of income distribution on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Indonesia. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in 2017 in all Indonesian provinces. The independent variables of this study are the percentage of poor people, the open unemployment rate, and the Gini ratio index, while the dependent variable is the demand for labour. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that poverty had a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index (IPM), Unemployment had a non-significant negative effect on the Human Development Index (IPM), while unequal income distribution had a positive and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index (IPM)
