Abstract

The development of the culinary business in major cities in Indonesia in recent years has progressed rapidly. The progres has had a positive impact on the development of job opportunities for many people. “Dapoer Lili” is a culinary business started to develop in Medan, producing unique and healthy food products. One of their specific  products is the "Budapest" a type of cake made without using wheat flour and egg yolk. To maintain the quality og Budapest. The manufacture requires precision, patience and modern cooking utensils. This dedication aims to help the “Dapoer Lili” business which is engaged in the culinary business that produces food by providing modern equipment and providing Financial Management training. The team gave modern production equipment for production and financial management training. It is expected that partners can run the business more efficiently. Moreover the partner are able make bookkeeping  and start  calculating depreciation on their fixed capital goods as one strategy to ensure their business sustainability.
