Abstract
Production planning and control dapat diaplikasikan dengan membuat struktur produk perakitan, menghitung waktu siklus tiap work center, bill of material, item master record, routing file, membuat MPS serta melakukan validasinya melalui RCCP, membuat MRP dengan dua teknik lot sizing yang berbeda dan membuat penjadwalan operasi produksi produk Ragum. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan perencanaan jangka panjang, jangka menengah, dan jangka pendek sesuai dengan kerangka perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi. Objek yang diteliti adalah hasil peramalan penjualan produk ragum pada tahun 2020 yang dinyatakan per bulan. Perencanaan jangka panjang produk Ragum pada tahun 2020 menggunakan jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 12 orang memiliki biaya regular time sebesar Rp 80.980 per unit, biaya over time sebesar Rp 1.315.952 per unit dan biaya subkontrak sebesar Rp2.300.000 per unit. Perencanaan jangka menengah menghasilkan Master Production Scheduling dengan total biaya produksi yaitu sebesar Rp 79.347.170. Hasil perhitungan CRP menyatakan bahwa seluruh work center berada dalam kondisi underload yaitu kapasitas tersedia mampu memenuhi kapasitas produksi yang dibutuhkan. Pada perhitungan Production Activity Control didapatkan jumlah order yang terkena penalti keterlambatan yaitu 37 order dengan total biaya penalti sebesar Rp 453.105.000.
Production planning and control can be applied by making an assembly product structure, calculating cycle time for each work center, bill of materials, master record items, routing files, making MPS and validating them through RCCP, making MRP with two different lot sizing techniques and scheduling Ragum product production operations. The research was carried out to carry out long-term, medium-term, and short-term planning in accordance with the framework of production planning and control. The object under study is the forecast sales in 2020 which is stated per month. Long-term planning Ragum products in 2020 using a total workforce of 12 people has a regular time cost of Rp 80,980 per unit, over time costs of Rp 1,315,952 per unit and subcontracting costs of Rp 2,300,000 per unit. Medium-term planning produces a Master Production Scheduling with a total production cost of Rp 79,347,170. The CRP calculation results state that all work centers are underloaded, that is, the available capacity is able to meet the required production capacity. In the Production Activity Control calculation, the number of orders subject to late penalties are 37 orders with a total penalty fee of IDR 453,105,000.
