Abstract

PT. XYZ salah satu perusahaan distributor produk consumer goods yang memiliki depo dan stock point di tiap kabupaten/kota serta satu distribution centre (DC). Dalam melayani konsumen (outlet terdaftara) moda transportasi regular belum optimal memberikan pelayanan, hal ini disebabkan proses distribusi hanya terkonstrasi berdasarkan taking order salesman. Penugasan moda transportasi untuk melakukan distribusi (penghantaran) dan jualan langsung di outlet terdaftar diharap mampu mengoptimalkan moda transportasi memberikan pelayanan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai ialah optimalisasi moda transportasi untuk meningkatkan distribusi dan jualan langsung di outlet terdaftar dengan meminimumkan biaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode optimasi tangguh dengan scenario untuk mengoptimalkan moda transportasi melayani dan mengunjungi outlet terdaftar melakukan disrtibusi dan jualan langsung dengan fungsi tujuan meminimalkan biaya transportai. Berdasarkan output MINOS rata-rata 23 outlet terdaftar dilayani dan dikunjungi moda transportasi, 987 karton produk didistribusikan dan dijual langsung dengan solusi optimal total biaya moda transportasi sebesar Rp. 50.190.600

 

PT. XYZ is a distributor of consumer goods products that has depots and stock points in each district / city and one distribution center (DC). In serving consumers (registered outlets) the regular mode of transportation is not yet optimal in providing services, this is because the distribution process is only concentrated based on taking the salesman's order. Assignment of transportation modes to conduct distribution (delivery) and direct sales at registered outlets is expected to be able to optimize the mode of transportation to provide services. The objective to be achieved is to optimize the mode of transportation to increase distribution and direct sales at registered outlets by minimizing costs. This research uses a robust optimization method with scenarios to optimize the mode of transportation serving and visiting registered outlets to conduct distribution and direct sales with the objective function of minimizing transportation costs. Based on MINOS output, on average, 23 registered outlets are served and visited by transportation modes, 987 cartons of products are distributed and sold directly with the optimal solution, the total cost of transportation modes is Rp. 50,190,600
