Abstract
Sebuah model penyediaan suku cadang pesawat berbasis keandalan untuk sistem distribusi dua eselon di Indonesia disajikan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis situasi masalah dan kritikalitas komponen pesawat dilakukan pada tahap awal sebagai basis pengembangan model Kutanoglu dan Mahajan (2009) dengan hasil perlu ditambahkannya elemen biaya spesifik lokasi dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi penerbangan, serta karakteristik permintaan yang berubah terhadap waktu. Pendekatan metode analitik ini bertujuan untuk mencari optimasi level stok suku cadang di gudang sentral dan lokal dalam rangka memenuhi tingkat layanan yang diminta dengan biaya minimum guna mendukung pengoperasian pesawat B738 Garuda di Indonesia.
A reliability-based aircraft spare parts provisioning model for a two-echelon distribution system in Indonesia is presented in this study. The analysis of the problem situation and the criticality of aircraft components was conducted at the initial stage as a basis for developing the Kutanoglu and Mahajan (2009) model, with the result that it is necessary to add location-specific cost elements and compliance with aviation regulations, as well as demand characteristics that change over time. This analytical method approach aims to optimize the stock levels of spare parts in central and local warehouses to meet the required service levels at minimum cost, in order to support the operation of Garuda's B738 aircraft in Indonesia.
