Abstract
Agroindustri kelapa sawit merupakan sektor strategis yang mendukung perekonomian nasional, namun menghadapi tantangan serius seperti isu keberlanjutan, gangguan rantai pasok, dan risiko operasional. Pendekatan SCOR-DS digunakan untuk meningkatkan ketangguhan rantai pasok melalui pemanfaatan data dan teknologi. Sejalan dengan itu, penerapan rantai pasok sirkular bertujuan mengurangi limbah dan memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi risiko dalam rantai pasok sirkular kelapa sawit. Hasilnya diharapkan mampu memberikan strategi mitigasi risiko yang efektif serta mendukung efisiensi dan keberlanjutan industri kelapa sawit di masa depan.
The palm oil agroindustry is a strategic sector in Indonesia’s economy but faces major challenges such as sustainability issues, supply chain disruptions, and operational risks. The SCOR-DS framework is employed to strengthen supply chain resilience through the use of data and technology. In parallel, the circular supply chain approach aims to reduce waste and optimize resource use. This study applies the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify and assess risks in the circular palm oil supply chain. The results are expected to provide effective mitigation strategies and enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the palm oil industry.
