Analisa Kehilangan Minyak Kelapa Sawit Pada Proses Perebusan (Sterilizer) Dengan Menerapkan Metode Fishbone Di Pt. Anugrah Fajar Rezeki

Abstract

PT. Anugrah Fajar Rezeki adalah perusahaan pengolahan kelapa sawit yang  berlokasi di desa Merbau Dua, kecamatan Birem Bayeun, Kabupaten Aceh Timur, Provinsi Aceh, indonesia. Selama proses produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO), kehilangan minyak (oil losses) merupakan hal yang sulit dihindari, termasuk di stasiun perebusan. Namun, perusahaan telah menetapkan batas toleransi terhadap tingkat kehilangan tersebut. Sayangnya, kehilangan minyak yang terjadi di stasiun perebusan melebihi batas yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan, sehingga menimbulkan kerugian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fishbone untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama kehilangan minyak, yang berasal dari faktor manusia, mesin, dan bahan baku. agar dapat menghitung tingkat produktivitas dan profitabilitas, serta perbaikan kualitas pada periode 1 Oktober -31 Oktober 2025 . Pada tanggal 2 sebesar 1,02 , tanggal 7 sebesar 1,05 , tanggal 9 sebesar 1.02 , tanggal 12 sebesar 1,01 , tanggal 14 sebesar 1,01 , tanggal 16 sebesar 1,01, dan tanggal 24 sebesar 1,05 mengalami kehilangan losses   di atas  standar yang telah ditentukan oleh petusahaan yaitu 1,0. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa pada periode waktu 1 Oktober- 31 Oktober pada mesin sterilizer mengalami losses sehingga menurunnya kualitas cpo pada perusahaan. Terjadinya penurunan kualitas di sterilizer disebabkan oleh banyak faktor dari faktor manusia, mesin, bahan baku. Setelah itu, diberikan sejumlah rekomendasi perbaikan, salah satunya adalah berupa usulan peningkatan. dengan melakukan perbaikan terhadap pipa yang bocor serta melakukan pengecekan secara berkala setiap awal shif agar tidak terjadinya kebocoran terhadap pipa sterilizer.

Unfortunately, the oil loss that occurred at the boiling station exceeded the limit set by the company, resulting in losses. This study uses the Fishbone method to identify the main causes of oil loss, which come from human factors, machines, and raw materials. in order to calculate the level of productivity and profitability, as well as quality improvements in the period 1 October-31 October 2025. On the 2nd it was 1.02, the 7th it was 1.05, the 9th it was 1.02, the 12th it was 1.01, the 14th it was 1.01, the 16th it was 1.01, and the 24th it was 1.05 experiencing losses above the standard set by the company, which was 1.0. Based on these results, it is known that in the period of  1 Oct-Oct 31, the sterilizer machine experienced losses, resulting in a decrease in the quality of CPO in the company. The decrease in quality in the sterilizer was caused by many factors from human factors, machines, and raw materials. After that, a number of recommendations for improvement were given, one of which was in the form of a proposal for improvement. by repairing leaking pipes and conducting regular checks at the beginning of each shift so that there are no leaks in the sterilizer pipes.
