Abstract
Bolu Susu Bunda Lisa adalah sebuah usaha kecil menengah (UKM) di bidang industri makanan yang membuat bolu susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bahan baku yang digunakan, yaitu Tepung Terigu, Susu Kaleng, Telur, dan Gula, dengan menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Multi Item Single Supplier. Hasil analisis, Total Inventory Cost (TIC) sebelum penerapan metode EOQ Multi Item sebesar Rp. 104.161.071, sedangkan setelah menggunakan metode tersebut, TIC menurun menjadi Rp. 94.611.071. Adapun titik pemesanan Kembali atau reorder point yang diperoleh melalui metode ini adalah 12 sak untuk Tepung Terigu, 2 kotak untuk Susu Kaleng, 8 papan untuk Telur, dan 6 sak untuk Gula. Sementara itu, jumlah Safety Stock (SS) yang dibutuhkan yaitu 2 sak Tepung Terigu, 1 kotak Susu Kaleng, 1 papan Telur, dan 1 sak Gula. Hasil perbandingan kondisi persediaan stok aktual yang ditetapkan oleh UKM tersebut dan metode EOQ Multi Item Single Supplier didapatkan penghematan sebesar Rp. 3.727.932 atau sekitar 4%.
Bolu Susu Bunda Lisa is a small and medium enterprise (SME) in the food industry that makes milk cakes. This study aims to analyze the raw materials used, namely Wheat Flour, Canned Milk, Eggs, and Sugar, by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Multi Item Single Supplier method. The results of the analysis, Total Inventory Cost (TIC) before applying the EOQ Multi Item method was Rp. 104,161,071, while after using the method, TIC decreased to Rp. 94,611,071. The reorder point obtained through this method is 12 sacks for Wheat Flour, 2 boxes for Canned Milk, 8 boards for Eggs, and 6 sacks for Sugar. Meanwhile, the amount of Safety Stock (SS) needed is 2 sacks of Wheat Flour, 1 box of Canned Milk, 1 board of Eggs, and 1 sack of Sugar. The results of the comparison of the actual stock inventory conditions set by the SME and the EOQ Multi Item Single Supplier method obtained savings of Rp. 3,727,932 or around 4%.
