Abstract
Dalam industri migas, efektivitas proses pengadaan barang dan jasa menjadi faktor krusial yang berdampak langsung pada kelangsungan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi dashboard Key Performance Indicators (KPI) yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung fungsi procurement di PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia Zona 9. Dashboard dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan Design and Development Research (DDR) yang memungkinkan solusi berbasis kebutuhan nyata organisasi. Fitur utama dashboard mencakup pemantauan lead time pengadaan, pengingat tenggat waktu, serta sistem pengukuran kinerja individu. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa dashboard ini mampu meningkatkan akuntabilitas, efisiensi, dan transparansi dalam proses pengadaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel yang didesain secara sistematis dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di sektor strategis seperti migas.
In the oil and gas industry, the effectiveness of the procurement process is a crucial factor that directly impacts operational continuity. This study aims to develop and evaluate a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard specifically designed to support the procurement function at PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia Zone 9. The dashboard was developed using a Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, which enables solutions based on the real needs of the organization. The main features of the dashboard include monitoring procurement lead time, deadline reminders, and an individual performance measurement system. The case study results show that the dashboard can improve accountability, efficiency, and transparency in the procurement process. These findings indicate that the integration of simple technologies such as Microsoft Excel, when systematically designed, can have a significant impact on data-driven decision-making in strategic sectors like oil and gas.
