Abstract

Kursi persalinan digunakan oleh bidan sebagai alas duduk bidan ketika membantu proses persalinan ibu, memeriksa kondisi masa kehamilan ibu bahkan ketika memasang alat kontrasepsi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebutuhan bidan dengan penggunaan kursi bersalin untuk melihat atribut kebutuhan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan desain produk menggunakan fusion 360. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kursi Persalinan “Adjustable Midwife Chair” memiliki struktur yang kuat, kukuh dan teguh ketika menopang, menahan tekanan, rasa sakit atau penggunaan keras tanpa menyerah ketika bidan melakukan proses persalinan. House of Quality (HOQ) diperoleh yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah kualitas material kursi persalinan dengan skor sebesar 645,03. Tingkat kesulitan yang “sulit” tereletak pada karakteristik teknik yaitu desain Kursi Persalinan “Adjustable Midwife Chair" dan fasilitas tambahan dengan bobot 5. Perkiraan biaya karakteristik desain Kursi Persalinan “Adjustable Midwife Chair" dan fasilitas tambahan tergolong “mahal” dengan bobot 26.

The delivery chair is used by midwives as a midwife's seat when helping the mother's labor process, checking the mother's pregnancy condition and even when installing contraceptives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of midwives with the use of delivery chairs to see the attributes of user needs. The research method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and product design using fusion 360. The results of this study indicate that the "Adjustable Midwife Chair" Delivery Chair has a strong, sturdy and firm structure when supporting, withstanding pressure, pain or hard use without giving up when the midwife is carrying out the delivery process. The House of Quality (HOQ) obtained which is the main priority is the quality of the delivery chair material with a score of 645.03. The "difficult" level of difficulty lies in the technical characteristics, namely the design of the "Adjustable Midwife Chair" Delivery Chair and additional facilities with a weight of 5. The estimated cost of the design characteristics of the "Adjustable Midwife Chair" Delivery Chair and additional facilities is classified as "expensive" with a weight of 26.
