Perancangan Produk Air Sole Pillow with Massage and Heater dengan Metode Nigel Cross

Abstract

Masalah yang sering dialami oleh masyarakat berkaitan dengan kesehatan, terutama keluhan nyeri pada kaki. Setiap individu tentu berharap memiliki sebuah alat praktis yang dapat digunakan dan dengan kualitas baik, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Setelah dilakukan pengembangan dan perbaikan produk, Air Sole Pillow with Massage and Heater akan menjadi jawaban bagi masyarakat luas yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi rasa sakit pada tubuh terutama kaki. Perancangan produk Air Sole Pillow with Massage and Heater melalui 7 langkah dalam tahapan nigel cross. Tahap pertama adalah klarifikasi tujuan dengan menggunakan metode pohon tujuan. Tahap kedua yaitu penetapan fungsi dengan sub fungsi untuk bantal produk, seperti pembuatan bantal menggunakan PVC berlapis kain suede, kemudian menjahit sisi kain. Pada tahap rincian perbaikan yaitu upaya menemukan komponen pengganti yang harganya lebih ekonomis dibandingkan yang lama. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi langkah-langkah perancangan dan pengembangan produk secara sistematis terhadap Air Sole Pillow with Massage and Heater, dengan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) agar produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan ekspektasi pengguna.

The design of the Air Sole Pillow with Massage and Heater is carried out through 7 steps in the Nigel Cross stages. The first step is clarifying goals using the goal tree method. The second step is to establish functions with sub-functions for the product pillow, such as making a pillow using PVC coated with suede fabric, then sewing the fabric sides.
