Abstract
Dengan mengukur efektivitas desain tata letak yang sesuai untuk jalur produksi dan perakitan PT. XYZ, bisa menggunakan simulasi. Simulasi merupakan metode eksperimen yang menggunakan model yang mewakili sistem nyata. Simulasi ini menggunakan software FlexSim. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, pengujian terdistribusi, pembuatan model, dan pengujian simulasi. Hasil simulasi selama 14 jam menunjukkan deviasi sebesar 12,5% sehingga dinyatakan valid karena deviasi tidak melebihi 15%. Sehingga tata letak lantai produksi yang diusulkan dapat dilaksanakan.
By measuring the effectiveness of a suitable layout design for PT XYZ's production and assembly lines, we can use simulation. Simulation is an experimental method that uses a model that represents the real system. This simulation uses FlexSim software. The stages of this research begin with data collection, distributed testing, model building, and simulation testing. The simulation results for 14 hours showed a deviation of 12.5% so that it was declared valid because the deviation did not exceed 15%. So the proposed production floor layout can be implemented.
