Abstract

In Indonesia, construction activities are one of the activities that are widely carried out and even based on data quoted from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) and BPJamsostek, it was found that the construction industry sector is still the largest contributor to work accident cases in Indonesia. Every year, the construction sector contributes 32% of the total work accident cases in Indonesia. In second place, the manufacturing industrial sector contributed 31.6% of work accident cases in Indonesia. Followed by Transportation (5.3%), Forestry (3.8%), and Mining (2.6%). In this research, a review was carried out regarding the work safety of project workers who work from 7 am to 5 pm, or you could say they have a working time of 10 hours a day with a number of workers of less than 15 people. by conducting research using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Determine Control (HIRADC) method, where with this method it is possible to find out what potential hazards are at the work location, as well as what potential risks could occur and from these results, countermeasures can be implemented in activities with potential danger. Based on the results of research regarding K3 analysis in development projects, it was found that the identification of hazards or risks was found in 11 activities with 20 potential hazards with 27 risks, then the risk with the highest priority was obtained in the nail installation activity with a risk value of 15, and control efforts were carried out after through the Hierarchy of Control (HOC) process, namely the form of administration control, namely the creation of training SOP.
