Abstract

PT. IT memproduksi ragum dengan jumlah 4000-5000 unit dalam 12 periode sehingga dibutuhkan perancangan tata letak fasilitas. perancangan layout PT.IT dengan membuat OPC tujuan mengetahui tahapan produksi ragum, kemudian analisis hubungan keterkaitan setiap departemen yang ada dengan ARC. Setelah itu dibuat worksheet berdasarkan nilai ARC dan membuat PSAPS dan TSRWS. Pada Production Space Requirement Work Sheet terdapat 13 stasiun dengan subtotal sebesar 135,496 m2, dan total area yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan ragum yaitu sebesar 441 m2. Perancangan Activity Relationship Chart dilakukan dengan mengisi derajat kepentingan antar departemen pelayanan berdasarkan dengan menggunakan alasan-alasan yang masuk di akal. Departemen pelayanan produksi pembuatan ragum terdiri dari 14 departemen dan terbagi 5 bagian yaitu production, production service, personal service, general service dan physical plant service. Kemudian hasil rancangan derajat kepentingan pada ARC disusun kedalam worksheet, dengan jumlah A sebanyak 22, E sebanyak 10, I sebanyak 23, O sebanyak 60, U sebanyak 37 dan X sebanyak 40.

PT. IT produces vises in the amount of 4000-5000 units in 12 periods so a facility layout design is needed. designing the layout of PT.IT by creating an OPC for the purpose of analyzing the vise production stages, then the relationship between each existing department and ARC. After that, a worksheet is created based on the ARC value and creates PSAPS and TSRWS. On the Production Space Requirements Worksheet there are 13 stations with a subtotal of 135,496 m2, and the total area used in the vise making process is 441 m2. The design of the Activity Relationship Chart is carried out by filling in the degree of importance between service departments based on reasonable reasons. The vise manufacturing production department consists of 14 departments and is divided into 5 sections, namely production, production services, personal services, general services and physical factory services. Then the results of the design of the degree of importance in ARC are poured into a worksheet, with a total of 22 A, 10 E, 23 I, 60 O, 37 U and 40 X.
