Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor makanan, seperti Bebek Estoh, berkontribusi signifikan dalam ekonomi Indonesia. Menurut data Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia pada Maret 2023, UMKM menyumbang 61,9% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Dalam konteks ini, data internal menunjukkan bahwa jadwal produksi merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan rencana prioritas produksi bebek. Mulyono (2015) menekankan pentingnya penggunaan metode perencanaan produksi yang tepat untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam konteks manajemen persediaan. Sejalan dengan pandangan Aziz dan Huda (2019) yang menyatakan bahwa penggunaan Master Production Schedule (MPS) dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan mengurangi biaya produksi secara keseluruhan. Dengan tujuan tersebut, hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Master Production Schedule (MPS) dapat disusun dengan melakukan peramalan yang sesuai dan akurat. Sehingga dalam konteks ini UMKM Kuliner Estoh berhasil menyusun Master Production Schedule (MPS) terbaru menggunakan metode-metode peramalan.
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector, such as Bebek Estoh, contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy. According to data from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in March 2023, MSMEs contributed 61.9% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In this context, internal data shows that the production schedule is one of the main problems faced by the company in an effort to improve the priority plan for duck production. Mulyono (2015) emphasized the importance of using appropriate production planning methods to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction in the context of inventory management. In line with the views of Aziz and Huda (2019) who stated that the use of Master Production Schedule (MPS) can increase production efficiency and reduce overall production costs. With these objectives, the results of this study prove that the Master Production Schedule (MPS) can be prepared by conducting appropriate and accurate forecasting. So that in this context, Estoh Culinary MSMEs have succeeded in compiling the latest Master Production Schedule (MPS) using forecasting methods.
