Abstract
Penulisan ini berfokus pada analisis dan mengoptimalisasi manajemen persediaan obat Amoksisilin 500 mg kapsul di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cempaka Putih dengan menggunakan metode Master Production Schedule (MPS). Pusat kesehatan adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk penyediaan pelayanan kesehatan yang mencakup pencegahan, pengobatan, dan rehabilitasi. Mengingat pentingnya peran obat dalam pelayanan kesehatan, manajemen persediaan yang efektif adalah krusial. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data teoritis dan historis untuk menguji kecukupan dan keseragaman data. Berdasarkan analisis data, proses forecasting dilakukan memakai metode moving avarage dan smoothing exponential. untuk menentukan strategi persediaan yang paling efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode moving average dengan periode tiga bulan memberikan estimasi permintaan yang paling akurat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi praktis untuk peningkatan sistem persediaan obat di puskesmas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketersediaan obat bagi masyarakat.
This writing focuses on the analysis and optimization of Amoxicillin 500 mg capsule inventory management at the Cempaka Putih Subdistrict Community Health Center using the Master Production Schedule (MPS) method. Health centers are critically important for providing healthcare services that include prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. Given the essential role of medications in healthcare services, effective inventory management is crucial. The methodology employed includes the collection of theoretical and historical data to assess data adequacy and consistency. Based on data analysis, demand forecasting is conducted using the moving average and exponential smoothing methods to determine the most efficient inventory strategy. The research findings indicate that the moving average method with a three-month period provides the most accurate demand estimation. This study offers practical recommendations for improving the drug inventory system at the community health center, thereby enhancing the efficiency and availability of medications for the community.
