Abstract
Dinamika bisnis yang semakin melaju pesat menyebabkan adanya tuntutan perusahaan uuntuk terus beradaptasi. Kompetensi staf di Divisi Pengendalian Produksi menjadi faktor determinan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Pengembangan kompetensi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan adalah kunci dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja staf dan keseluruhan proses produksi. Oleh karena itu, identifikasi kompetensi inti yang diperlukan oleh staf dan merancang program pengembangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik menjadi prioritas utama bagi manajemen PT XYZ. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis dengan intergrasi soft system methodology untuk mengetahui bagaimana merencanakan dan melaksanakan program pengembangan kompetensi pada staf production control division. Gap antara kebutuhan kompetensi saat ini dengan yang sudah tersedia diidentifikasi serta dilakukan perumusan strategi untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis keterampilan berdasarkan deskripsi pekerjaan, pembuatan kamus keterampilan, pengelompokan kompetensi, identifikasi gap, dan merancang program pengembangan karyawan yang mencakup self-training, class-training, dan on the job-training. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model rancangan dan strategi prioritas dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada kompetensi dari 5 fungsi utama di protion control dalam konteks dinamika bisnis di PT XYZ.
Business dynamics that are progressing rapidly require companies to continuously adapt. Competence of staff in the Production Control Division becomes a determinant factor in achieving these goals. Structured and sustainable competence development is the key to optimizing staff performance and overall production processes. Therefore, identifying core competencies required by staff and designing development programs that align with specific needs becomes a top priority for PT XYZ management. In this study, an analysis was conducted using an integrated soft system methodology to understand how to plan and implement competence development programs in the production control division staff. Gaps between current competency needs and available ones were identified, and strategies were formulated to address these gaps. Furthermore, skills analysis was conducted based on job descriptions, creating a skills dictionary, competency grouping, gap identification, and designing employee development programs that include self-training, class-training, and on-the-job training. The results of this research include the development of a design model and priority strategies in human resource management oriented towards competencies of the 5 main functions in production control within the business dynamics context of PT XYZ.
