Abstract
The Min-Max approach is used in the study to manage PT Petrochemia Gresik's supply of fertilizer bags that are subsidized by NPK Phonska. Setting maximum and minimum inventory levels is the main goal of this approach, which also accounts for safety stock, point reorder, order volume, frequency, and overall inventory cost. According to the analysis, the Min-Max approach yields a value for share securities that is 9% greater than the company's policy. The Min-Max approach may considerably reduce overall inventory expenditures and storage expenses, which raises the stock's value. The research offers comprehensive understanding of successful supply management and demonstrates how the Min-Max technique may lower expensive storage expenses and streamline manufacturing procedures.
