Abstract
Police officers are often faced with tasks that require intense, repetitive, and prolonged physical activity. The tasks of each work unit in overcoming various jobs require high cognitive and physical responses. This research will use MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) statistical analysis. Based on the results and discussion that has been done, it is concluded that the work division has a significant influence on mental load (p value = 0.003), work stress (p value = 0.005), and fatigue (p value = 0.007). Based on the post hoc test conducted, the results showed that the unit with the highest physical load value was the Bhabinkabtimas unit (M = 24.47, SD = 6.02), and the unit with the lowest physical load value was the PPA unit (M = 15.32, SD = 4.18). The unit with the highest work stress score was the Criminal Investigation unit (M = 83.00, SD = 6.55), and the PPA unit had the lowest work stress score (M = 53.8, SD = 15.89). The work division with the highest mental load score was the Criminal Investigation Unit (M = 88.00, SD = 9.17), and the work division with the lowest mental load score was the PPA unit (M = 52.53, SD = 11.53). The work division with the highest fatigue score was the Criminal Investigation unit (M = 54.00, SD = 8.40), and the work division with the lowest fatigue score was the SAMAPTA unit (M = 41.85, SD = 6.64).
