Abstract
Survei pasar ialah langkah penting sebelum dilaksanakannya perancangan suatu produk yang akan dipasarkan. Marketing survey digunakan untuk mendapatkan keinginan dan minat konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan yaitu produk Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool. Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool merupakan alat bantu penderita penyakit saraf kaki untuk menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari. Survei pasar yang dilakukan dalam pengembangan produk Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool yaitu dengan cara memberikan kuesioner terbuka dan kuesioner tertutup kepada pasien penderita penyakit saraf kaki di klinik fisioterapi neurologi dengan menggunakan 30 responden. Hasil pemberian kuesioner tersebut diolah menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas dengan menggunakan modus pada kuesioner terbuka dan skala likert pada kuesioner tertutup, sehingga menemukan rancangan produk yang dimau oleh target pasar. Inovasi pengembangan produk Dropfoot Orthotic Phsiotherapy Tool yaitu dengan menambahkan karpet refleksi yang bermanfaat untuk merangsang saraf pasien agar kembali normal. Hasil dari kuesioner tertutup menghasilkan atribut produk sesuai dengan kemauan konsumen yaitu produk berbentuk kaus kaki, berwarna hitam, dengan tingkat ketetatan fleksibel, dimensi alat yaitu panjang 18 cm, lebar 12 cm, dan tinggi 20 cm, dimensi kain pengikat yaitu panjang 20 cm dan lebar 6 cm, kain pengikat berbahan valkro berwarna biru, karpet refleksi berbahan neoprene dengan perekat karpet refleksi berbahan valkro.
Market survey is an important step before designing a product to be marketed. Marketing surveys are used to get consumer desires and interest in the products offered, namely the Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool product. Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool is a tool to help people with foot nerve disease to carry out their daily activities. The market survey was conducted in developing the Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool product by giving open and closed questionnaires to patients with foot nerve disease at the neurology physiotherapy clinic using 30 respondents. The results of giving the questionnaire were processed using validity and reliability tests using the mode on the open questionnaire and the Likert scale on the closed questionnaire, so as to find the product design desired by the target market. The product development innovation of the Dropfoot Orthotic Phsiotherapy Tool is by adding a reflection rug which is useful for stimulating the patient's nerves to return to normal. The results of the closed questionnaire produce product attributes according to the wishes of consumers, namely products in the form of socks, black in color, with a flexible level of tightness, the dimensions of the tool are 18 cm long, 12 cm wide and 20 cm high, the dimensions of the binding cloth are 20 cm long and 20 cm wide 6 cm, blue valcro backing cloth, neoprene reflective mat with valcro reflective mat adhesive.
