Analisis Upaya Pencegahan Terjadinya Kecelakaan Kerja di Stasiun Bantingan Pada PT. XYZ dengan Pendekatan Hazard Identification

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan bernama PT. XYZ mengolah minyak kelapa sawit menjadi CPO dan Inti Kernel. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, ditemukan lingkungan pabrik yang tidak tertata dan terawat dengan baik sehingga dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Kondisi lingkungan lantai produksi di Stasiun Bantingan PT. XYZ memiliki banyak potensi untuk terjadinya kecelakaan kerja antara lain terpeleset, terjepit, luka bakar, kelelahan otot, dan meninggal dunia. Metode dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memakai cara Job Safety Analysis dan Hazzard Identification. Berdasarkan identifikasi bahaya, ditemukan risiko terbesar dengan keterangan extreme ada pada saat pekerjaan mengangkut lori dimana operator memiliki risiko tertimpa lori dan pengoperasian mesin, operator terporosok saat berjalan dikarenakan anak tangga yang rusak dan licin. Sehingga pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan antara lain menggunakan safety helmet, safety shoes, dilakukan penjadwalan pembersihan peralatan dan lingkungan serta penjadwalan maintenance.

A company called PT. XYZ processes palm oil to create CPO and Kernel Core. Based on observations, it was determined that the industrial environment needed to be better structured and maintained to prevent work accidents. The environmental conditions of the production floor at the Bantingan Station of PT. XYZ has a lot of potentials for work accidents to occur, including slipping, getting stuck, burns, muscle fatigue, and death. The method used to solve the problems that have been described is to use the Job Safety Analysis and Hazard Identification methods. Based on hazard identification, it was found that the biggest risk with extreme information was when the job was to transport the lorry where the operator had a risk of being hit by the lorry and operating the machine, the operator was stuck while walking due to damaged and slippery steps. So controls that can be carried out include using safety helmets, and safety shoes, scheduling equipment, and environmental cleaning and scheduling maintenance.
