Abstract
Kaca mulut merupakan peralatan utama dalam kedokteran gigi yang berbentuk bundar dan diberi gagang. Kaca mulut berfungsi untuk melihat keadaan gigi dan jaringan di sekitar gigi serta lubang yang tersembunyi. Dalam jurnal ini dibahas mengenai produk Smart Dental Mirror with Auto LED yang dilengkapi sensor LED otomatis yang berfungsi secara otomatis memberikan penerangan semaksimal mungkin pada saat pemeriksaan agar area gelap maupun sempit dapat dilihat dengan jelas yang dimana biasanya dokter gigi kesulitan untuk melihat area pada rongga mulut dengan jelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengidentifikasi karakteristik teknik terhadap produk Smart Dental Mirror with auto LED menggunakan sensor LED dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment fase 1, dan dapat mengidentifikasi part kritis dan pemecahan keinginan konsumen terhadap produk Smart Dental Mirror with Auto LED menggunakan sensor LED dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment fase 2. Quality Function Development (QFD) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu suatu perusahaan dalam proses produksi (pelayanan). AHP meruapakan metode untuk memecahkan suatu situasi. Dalam hal demikian, QFD dan AHP adalah metode yang digunakan dalam rancangan produk Smart Dental Mirror with Auto LED.
Mouth mirror is the main equipment in dentistry which is round and given a handle. The mouth mirror is used to see the condition of the teeth and the tissue around the teeth as well as hidden holes. In this journal, we discuss the Smart Dental Mirror with Auto LED product which is equipped with an automatic LED sensor that functions automatically to provide maximum light during the examination so that dark and narrow areas can be seen clearly, which is usually difficult for dentists to see areas in the oral cavity clear. The purpose of this research is to be able to identify the technical characteristics of Smart Dental Mirror with auto LED products using LED sensors using the Quality Function Deployment phase 1 method, and to be able to identify critical parts and solve consumer desires for Smart Dental Mirror with Auto LED products using LED sensors with using the Quality Function Deployment phase 2 method. Quality Function Development (QFD) is a method that can be used to assist a company in the production (service) process. AHP is a method to solve a situation. In this case, QFD and AHP are the methods used in designing Smart Dental Mirror with Auto LED products.
