Abstract
Banyaknya kecelakaan yang terjadi ditempat kerja yang mengakibatkan penderitaan bagi pekerja maupun keluarga pekerja, Dengan adanya penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) sangat membantu dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut. Adapun tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi resiko potensi kecelakaan kerja diarea objek kerja PT. Mega Star Persada supaya resiko kecelakaan kerja berkurang dan menggunakan metode HIRARC (evaluasi bahaya identifikasi dan pengendalian bahaya) untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan bahaya kecelakaan kerja. Perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberikan pelatihan dasar K3 dan seminar Standar Operasi Prosedur (SOP) secara teratur. Diharapkan dapat menyediakan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan pekerja, seperti fasilitas kesehatan, dan peralatan kerja yang sesuai dengan standar yang ada, selain membantu mengurangi insiden kecelakaan kerja. Pada saat mereka memulai pekerjaan di PT Mega Star Persada, karyawan harus tahu cara menggunakan alat atau mesin. Jika ada karyawan yang belum memahami atau memahami cara menggunakan mesin, mereka harus dilatih terlebih dahulu.
The number of accidents that occur in the workplace which results in suffering for workers and workers' families, with the application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very helpful in dealing with these problems. The purpose of writing this research is to identify the potential risk of work accidents in the work object area of PT Mega Star Persada so that the risk of work accidents is reduced and using the HIRARC (hazard identification evaluation and control) method to identify and control occupational hazards. The company is expected to provide basic OHS training and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) seminars on a regular basis. It is expected to provide the facilities needed by workers, such as health facilities, and work equipment in accordance with existing standards, in addition to helping reduce the incidence of work accidents. When they start work at PT Mega Star Persada, employees must know how to use tools or machines. If there are employees who do not understand or understand how to use the machine, they must be trained first.
