Abstract
Perusahaan PT. XYZ bergerak dibidang Medical Device yang terdiri dari Vision Care dan Surgical product. Permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi PT. XYZ adalah keterlambatan menyelesaikan order, perusahaan membutuhkan waktu tambahan sekitar 2 – 4 dari waktu yang ditetapkan. Keterlambatan akan mempengaruhi nilai terhadap customer sehingga sering terjadi pembatalan pesanan dan penambahan permintaan ditengah periode perencanaan produksi. Perusahaan saat ini menggunakan metode First Come First Served (FCFS). Penerapan penjadwalan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tabu search didasarkan atas pernyataan dalam memecahkan masalah yang harus dikombinasikan dengan adaptive memory dan responsive exploration. Penyelesaian job dengan penerapan metode perusahaan pada penjadwalan produksi di PT. XYZ mampu menyelesaikan job selama 116.14 jam maka dengan menerapkan metode tabu serach dapat meminimalkan makespan 12.93% untuk sistem penjadwalan flowshop yaitu 101.12 jam dengan nilai relative error sebesar 14.85%.
The company PT. XYZ is engaged in Medical Devices consisting of Vision Care and Surgical products. The problem currently faced by PT. XYZ is the delay in completing orders, the company requires an additional time of about 2-4 from the set time. Delays will affect the value to the customer so that there are frequent order cancellations and additional requests in the middle of the production planning period. The company currently uses the First Come First Served (FCFS) method. The application of scheduling in this study was carried out using the tabu search method based on statements in solving problems that must be combined with adaptive memory and responsive exploration. Completion of jobs with the application of company methods in production scheduling at PT. XYZ was able to complete the job for 116.14 hours, so by applying the tabu search method it can minimize makespan 12.93% for the flowshop scheduling system, which is 101.12 hours with a relative error value of 14.85%.
