Abstract
The process of assigning resources to accomplish a number of tasks within a specific timeframe is known as scheduling. The process of scheduling is part of the decision-making process. The shooting toy factory uses a flowshop flow pattern with 16 workstations. Historical industry data shows that over the next twelve years, 13,223 units of shooting toys will be sold. The company currently uses the FCFS rule to schedule its production, which means work is performed according to arrival time. Job sequencing eliminates the multiplicity of job requests. The research proposal production is scheduled by the Nawaz Enscore and Ham (NEH) method. The results and analysis show that the proposed production scheduling results in a makespan of 18,317 seconds per unit with the order of Job I, II, III, XV, XII, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XIII and XVI.
