Abstract
Manajemen persediaan merupakan usaha untuk mengelola serta menentukan kebutuhan persediaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan sehingga akan ada keseimbangan antara permintaan dan investasi persediaan. PT. ABC bergerak dibidang produksi Lampu Emergency dan mempunyai permasalahan mengenai tidak terkoordinasinya bahan untuk proses produksi. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan pendekatan pengadaan bahan baku yang sesuai. Dalam studi ini, metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Wagner Within (WW) digunakan. Biaya total persediaan dengan metode Wagner-Within total diperoleh sebesar Rp 3.580.000. Sementara untuk metode Economic Order Quantity diperoleh harga total sebesar Rp 34.466.700.
Inventory management is an effort to manage and determine inventory needs carried out by the company so that there will be a balance between supply demand and investment. PT. ABC is engaged in the production of Emergency Lights and has problems regarding uncoordinated materials for the production process. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to procure the right method of raw materials. In this study using the Economic Order Quantity( EOQ) and Wagner Within (WW) styles. The total cost of inventory using the Wagner-Within method is Rp. 3,580,000. Meanwhile, for the Economic Order Quantity method, a total price of IDR 34,466,700 is obtained.
