Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk menciptakan solusi perancangan produk yang tepat guna sesuai dengan permintaan konsumen. Dalam aspek alat kesehatan fisioterapi saraf, perancangan produk yang dikembangkan adalah produk dropfoot orthotic physiotherapy tool yang berfungsi memberi kestabilan pada kaki penderita, meminimalkan energi yang keluar, serta meninimalkan terjadinya jatuh terhadap penderita keluhan saraf. Metode quality function deployment merupakan teknik yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari suatu produk baik barang maupun jasa melalui analisis kebutuhan konsumen dan mengintegrasikannya dengan characteristics technique guna mengetahui spesifikasi produk sesuai keinginan konsumen. Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool berdasarkan QFD Fase I dan Fase II adalah produk berbentuk kaus kaki, produk berwarna hitam, tingkat keketatan produk semi fleksibel, dimensi alat yaitu panjang 19 cm, lebar 14 cm, tinggi 22 cm, dimensi kain pengikat yaitu panjang 20 cm, lebar 5 cm, karpet refleksi berwarna abu-abu, bahan produk menggunakan kain elastis (neoprene), bahan kain pengikat menggunakan tali, bahan karpet refleksi menggunakan sponge, dan bahan perekat karpet refleksi menggunakan kain perekat (valkro). Estimasi biaya dalam kategori murah terdapat pada karakteristik teknik pewarnaan produk, sedangkan estimasi biaya sedang terdapat pada komposisi produk, fleksibilitas produk, ketepatan ukuran, usia pakai produk, ketebalan produk, dan berat produk.

Technological developments require every company to create appropriate product design solutions according to consumer demand. In the aspect of nerve physiotherapy medical devices, the product design developed is a dropfoot orthotic physiotherapy tool that functions to provide stability to the patient's feet, minimize energy loss, and minimize falls in sufferers of nerve complaints. The quality function deployment method is a technique used to improve the quality of a product, both goods and services, through analyzing consumer needs and integrating it with the characteristics technique to determine product specifications according to consumer desires. The Dropfoot Orthotic Physiotherapy Tool based on QFD Phase I and Phase II is a sock-shaped product, the product is black in color, the tightness level of the product is semi-flexible, the dimensions of the tool are 19 cm long, 14 cm wide, 22 cm high, the dimensions of the binding cloth are 20 cm long, 5 cm wide, the reflection carpet is gray, the product material uses elastic cloth (neoprene), the binding cloth uses rope, the reflection carpet material uses sponge, and the reflection carpet adhesive uses adhesive cloth (valkro). Cost estimates in the low category are found in the characteristics of product coloring techniques, while moderate cost estimates are found in product composition, product flexibility, size accuracy, product shelf life, product thickness, and product weight.
