Abstract
Penelitian ini tujuannya agar mengetahui ada ataupun tidak pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi serta kemampuan pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Prima Sauhur Lestari. Variabel independen yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan kemampuan. Sedangkan variabel dependennya yakni produktivitas kerja karyawan. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan pekerja PT Prima Sahur Lestari diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data. Terdapat 128 sampel yang datanya dapat diolah secara efektif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai ialah sensus yang artinya jumlah seluruh karyawan yang ada semuanya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis variabel motivasi kerja pada penelitian ini dijelaskan dengan nilai thitung (6,087) > ttabel (1,979), untuk variabel kompensasi dijelaskan dari nilai thitung (1,490) < ttabel (1,979) serta variabel kemampuannya dijelaskan dari nilai thitung (1,578) < ttabel (1,979) . Nilai fhitung (21,254) > ftabel menunjukkan hasil uji F untuk variabel motivasi kerja, remunerasi, dan kemampuan. (2.680). Oleh karena itu, temuan uji t menjelaskan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja punya pengaruh terbatas pada tingkat produktivitas pekerja di PT Prima Sahur Lestari. Sedangkan sebagian tidak berdampak pada produktivitas staf di PT Prima Sahur Lestari adalah faktor kemampuan dan remunerasi. Hasil uji F kemudian diketahui bahwa faktor motivasi kerja, remunerasi, dan kemampuan berpengaruh terhadap pekerja di PT Produktivitas kerja Prima Sahur Lestari sekaligus.
This research tries to ascertain whether or not employee productivity at PT Prima Sauhur Lestari is influenced by job motivation, remuneration, and ability. The study's independent factors were aptitude, remuneration, and job motivation. While employee productivity is the dependent variable. The main data used in this research were obtained by the distribution of questionnaires to PT Prima Sauhur Lestari personnel, which served as the data collecting technique. There were 128 samples whose data could be effectively processed. The sampling technique used is a census, which means that all existing employees are used as research samples. The results of hypothesis testing of work motivation variables in this study are indicated by the tcount value (6.087) > ttable (1.979), for the compensation variable indicated by the tcount value (1.490) < ttable (1.979) and for the ability variable indicated by the tcount value (1.578) < ttable (1.979). While the results of the F test for work motivation, compensation and ability variables simultaneously indicated by the value of fcount (21,254) > ftabel (2,680). So, the results of the t test show that the work motivation variable partially affects the work productivity of employees at PT Prima Sauhur Lestari. While the compensation and ability variables partially have no effect on employee productivity at PT Prima Sauhur Lestari. Then, the results of the F test show that the variables of work motivation, compensation and ability simultaneously affect employee productivity at PT Prima Sauhur Lestari.
