Abstract
Proses pengembangan produk dimulai dengan metode evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan, dimana keinginan konsumen terhadap produk yang ada dievaluasi, mendefinisikan karakteristik kepuasan pelanggan sebagai konsep desain dan model inovasi awal produk. Adapun produk yang dirancang dan dikembangkan nantinya akan dipasarkan yakni produk alat terapi kaki berbasis arduino yang dapat menurunkan tekanan darah bagi penderita hipertensi dan dapat memberikan kenyamanan pakai bagi konsumen lainnya Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei pasar dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden kepada responden penderita penyakit hipertensi. Kuesioner yang disebar berupa kuisioner terbuka serta kuisioner tertutup. Hal yang dituju yakni untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan harapan konsumen terhadap produk yang sedang dikembangkan. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner memberikan kesimpulan kebutuhan dann keinginan konsumen yakni warna produk hitam, ukuran 50x50x10 cm, berat 1 kg, motif garis-garis, jenis baterai 24V, tipe adaptor DC Input, bahan produk karet, jenis sensor yang diinginkan yakni sensor on-off otomatis, sifat produk portable sehingga mudah dibawa ke mana-mana, sifat tambahan lainnya yakni anti air sehingga konsumen tidak perlu takut apabila produk terkena air. Dari data kuesioner tertutup yang diperoleh, dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan hasil yang didapatkan bahwa semua data tergolong valid dan reliabel.
The product development process begins with the customer satisfaction evaluation method, where consumers' wishes for existing products are evaluated, defining the characteristics of customer satisfaction as a design concept and initial product innovation model. The planned and created products, specifically Arduino-based foot therapy products that can lower blood pressure for those with hypertension and comfort other consumers, will eventually be offered.. Data collection techniques were used in market survey methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents with hypertension. Open and closed questionnaires are the two types of surveys that are distributed. Finding out what people want and expect from the product being developed is the goal. The results of distributing the questionnaire provide conclusions about the needs and desires of consumers, namely product color black, size 50x50x10 cm, weight 1 kg, striped motive, 24V battery type, DC input adapter type, rubber product material, the type of sensor desired being an automatic on-off sensor, the nature of the product being portable so it's easy to carry anywhere, and another additional feature being that it is waterproof so consumers need not be concerned if the item is exposed to water. From the closed questionnaire data obtained, testing for reliability and validity were conducte., and the results obtained were that all data were classified as valid and reliable.
