Pengembangan Survei Pasar dari Produk Alat Terapi Wajah untuk Penderita Stroke

Abstract

Perancangan sebuah produk terlebih dahulu melakukan survei pasar. Tujuan penelitian survei pasar ini adalah untuk mengetahui keinginan dan kepentingan pasar yaitu produk alat terapi wajah bagi penderita stroke. Alat terapi wajah bagi penderita stroke merupakan bentuk pengobatan alternatif yang merangsang saraf wajah dan mengembalikan fungsi otot ke kondisi normalnya. Survei Pasar ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari suatu sampel melalui kuesioner. Angket/kuisioner merupakan suatu metode pengumpulan data dimana responden diberikan pertanyaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket terbuka dan angkat tertutup. angket terbuka adalah pertanyaan yang memberikan kebebasan terhadap responden untuk memberi jawaban pertanyaan sesuai keinginan responden. angket tertutup adalah pertanyaan yang membatasi jawaban dari responden dengan pilihan yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Kuesioner terbuka dan kuesioner tertutup ini dibuat dan kemudian disebarkan kepada 30 orang responden diantaranya yaitu pasien (penderita stroke) serta tim medis (dokter dan perawat) yang ada di Rumah Sakit Elisabeth Medan. Hasil dari kuesioner terbuka diperoleh modus untuk setiap atributnya. Dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu warna produknya hitam, bahan produk  yang digunakan kain, berat produk 95 gr, dimensi produknya 15 x 14 x 5, frekuensi produk 9 Hz dengan motif produk polos, posisi inframerah produk di dagu, posisi sinyal frekuensi penggetar produk di bagian rahang, dan untuk ukuran talinya 30 cm. Hasil dari kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas yaitu semua data yang diperoleh adalah valid dan reliable.

Facial therapy tools for stroke survivors are a form of alternative medicine that stimulates the facial nerve and restores muscle function to its normal condition. This Market Survey is conducted by collecting information from a sample through a questionnaire. Questionnaire is a data collection method where respondents are asked questions. In this study using open questionnaires and closed questionnaires. open questionnaires are questions that give respondents the freedom to answer questions as they wish. closed questionnaires are questions that limit the answers of respondents with predetermined choices. The open and closed questionnaires were made and then distributed to 30 respondents including patients (stroke patients) and the medical team (doctors and nurses) at Elisabeth Hospital Medan. The results of the open questionnaire obtained the mode for each attribute. Where the results obtained are the colour of the product is black, the product material used is fabric, the product weight is 95 grams, the product dimensions are 15 x 14 x 5, the product frequency is 9 Hz with a plain product motif, the infrared position of the product on the chin, the position of the product vibrating frequency signal on the jaw, and for the strap size is 30 cm. The results of the closed questionnaire using the validity test and reliability test are all the data obtained are valid and reliable.
