Perancangan Dental Tweezer (Pinset Gigi) dengan LED Menggunakan Metode Brainstorming

Abstract

Salah satu metode untuk membangkitkan ide adalah metode brainstorming. Kelompok brainstorming terbentuk dari dari 4-8 orang anggota. Tujuan dari brainstorming adalah membuat sekelompok orang untuk menghasilkan ide atau gagasan dengan cepat. Dalam jurnal ini, dilakukan perancangan dan pengembangan produk dental tweezer (pinset gigi) dengan led. Dental tweezer atau pinset gigi adalah instrumen/alat kesehatan yang sangat berguna untuk membawa benda masuk atau keluar dari mulut. Dental tweezer memiliki dua lengan yang berguna untuk memegang atau memindahkan material dari dalam atau luar mulut, meletakkan dan melepaskan kapas dan lain lain. Perancangan dan pengembangan dental tweezer dengan led berlandaskan studi literatur dari jurnal yang kredibel baik nasional maupun internasional. Jurnal yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang terakreditasi dan memiliki ISSN. Adapun kesimpulan dari brainstorming kelompok adalah material produk adalah stainless steel, pegangan produk ditambahi material karet, memiliki ukuran 15 cm x 0,8 cm x 1,8 cm, memiliki diameter LED sebesar 1 cm, posisi peletakan LED adalah di gagang pinset, warna LED adalah putih, berat produk adalah 500 gr, motif produk adalah bergaris, ujung tweezer ditambahi material lengket dan warna produk adalah silver.

One of the methods used for generating ideas is the brainstorming method. Brainstorming groups are made up of 4-8 members. The purpose of brainstorming is to get a group of people to come up with an idea or ideas quickly. In this journal, product design and development of dental tweezers with led is carried out. Dental tweezers or dental tweezers are medical instruments/tools that are very useful for bringing objects in or out of the mouth. Dental tweezers have two arms that are useful for holding or moving material from inside or outside the mouth, placing and removing cotton and so on. The design and development of led dental tweezers is based on literature studies from credible journals both nationally and internationally. The journal used is an accredited journal and has an ISSN. The conclusion from the group brainstorming is that the product material is stainless steel, the product handle is added with rubber material, has a size of 15 cm x 0.8 cm x 1.8 cm, has an LED diameter of 1 cm, the position of placing the LED is on the handle of the tweezers, the color of the LED is white, the product weight is 500 gr, the product motif is striped, the tweezer tip is added with sticky material and the product color is silver.
