Abstract

Material Requirement Planning (MRP) merupakan perancangan menggunakan penjadwalan kebutuhan material untuk melakukan proses produksi. Pada dasarnya ketepatan dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan sangat dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan dari produk yang dimiliki oleh suatu usaha. Teknik lot for lot berfungsi untuk meminimalisir total pengeluaran jumlah stok barang pada gudang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghitung pengendalian persediaan dalam meminimumkan biaya persediaan dan biaya pemesanan produk wire-mouse degan teknik Lot Sizing dengan Metode Lot-for-Lot (LFL). Maka berdasarkan perhitungan LFL didapat biaya pemesanan wire-mouse adalah Rp 204.000,00 dan biaya persediaan wire-mouse/tahun Rp204.245,00

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) planning by scheduling material requirements for the production process. Basically the accuracy in meeting customer demand is highly affected by the accesibilty of the products owned by a business. The lot for lot method aims to minimize the amount of spending on inventory in the warehouse. This study was conducted to calculate inventory control in minimizing inventory costs and ordering costs for wire-mouse products using the Lot Sizing Technique with the Lot-for-Lot (LFL) method. So based on the LFL calculation, the wire-mouse ordering cost is IDR 204,000.00 and the wire-mouse inventory cost / year is IDR 204,245.00
