Abstract
Kualitas produk dan layanan merupakan faktor keputusan utama dalam sebagian besar bisnis. Pengendalian kualitas adalah proses yang digunakan untuk menjamin tingkat kualitas dalam produk atau jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengendalian kualitas dengan metode pendekatan six sigma pada produk lilin Color Flame. Langkah pengujian meliputi pengumpulan data produksi dan kecacatan produk lilin Color Flame, dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan tahapan DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control). Dari hasil Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control, pada tahapan define memiliki 19 total jumlah kecacatan dan aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kecacatan yaitu manusia, material, mesin, dan metode. Pada tahap measure, dilakukan analisis data atribut sehingga diperoleh hasil six sigma yaitu 3,26 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses produksi lilin Color Flame cukup baik. dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk lilin Color Flame secara keseluruhan sudah memenuhi standar baik proses produksi maupun kualitas dan mutu produk lilin Color Flame.
The quality of products and services is a major decision factor in most businesses. Quality control is a process used to ensure a level of quality in a product or service. The purpose of this study was to control quality with the six-sigma approach method on Color Flame wax products. The testing steps include collecting data on production and defects of Color Flame wax products, and processing data using the DMAIC stages (define, measure, analyse, improve, control). From the results of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, in the define phase there are 19 total defects and the factors that affect the disability are human, material, machine, and method. In the measure phase, an interpretation of the attribute data is carried out and a six-sigma value of 3.26 is obtained so that it can be said that the Color Flame candle production process is quite good. It can be concluded that the Color Flame candle product has met the standards both in the production process and the quality and quality of the Color Flame candle product.
