Kipas Portable dengan Menggunakan MRP Metode EOQ

Abstract

Kipas angin portabel dapat digunakan sebagai senter atau pengisi daya ponsel. Kipas angin ini satu ukuran lebih kecil dari kipas biasa. Kipas angin ini memiliki banyak fungsi, seperti dapat digunakan sebagai senter dan juga dapat digunakan untuk mengisi daya handphone. Manajemen bahan meliputi hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem manajemen produk dan sistem informasi untuk mewujudkan sistem pengadaan bahan pada waktu, jumlah, di tempat dan harga yang tepat. Ide dasar konsep Material Requirement Planning (MRP) telah berkembang sejak lama dan banyak digunakan untuk proses proyek industri. Hasil peramalan dipakai dalam pembuatan Jadwal Produksi Induk (MPS). Data dari MPS dipakai untuk perhitungan stok pengaman dan produk manufaktur untuk perencanaan kebutuhan material (MRP). Hasil disposisi produk digunakan untuk menghitung total kebutuhan bahan baku, ukuran lot, dan disposisi. Maka, peneliti melakukan perhitungan Material Requirement Planning pada produk kipas angin portable dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quanitity (EOQ).Sehingga didapatkanlah hasil perhitungan Material Requirement Planning dengan metode EOQ adalah sebesar 652 unit dan nilai Periodic Order Quantity sebesar 32 unit.

The portable fan can be used as a flashlight or cell phone charger. This fan is one size smaller than a regular fan. This fan has many functions, such as being able to be used as a flashlight and can also be used to charge cellphones. Materials management includes matters relating to product management systems and information systems to realize a material procurement system at the right time, in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right price. The basic idea of the concept of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) has been developed for a long time and is widely used for industrial project processes. Forecasting results are used to create a Master Production Schedule (MPS). Data from MPS is used to calculate safety stock and manufactured products for material requirements planning (MRP). The product disposition results are used to calculate the total raw material requirements, lot size, and disposition. So, the researcher calculated the material requirements planning on portable fan products using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. So that the results of the Material Requirement Planning calculations using the EOQ method were 652 units and the Periodic Order Quantity value was 32 units.
